The leap into young adulthood presents challenges for everyone, which is why our transition programs are designed to support a highly diverse range of youth.
Our services are tailored to meet the needs of:
Students without Special Education Designations: This includes general education students navigating the pressures of upper-level coursework, college prep, or career planning. These students often utilize our Executive Function Coaching and Career Exploration services to build strong organizational habits, overcome procrastination, and find actionable clarity for their post-graduation goals.
Students with Special Education Designations: This includes youth who currently have, or previously had, an IEP, 504 Plan, or MET report (including those navigating brain injury, ADHD, Autism, specific learning disabilities, or speech/language disorders). We provide the targeted, specialized interventions—including clinical Speech Therapy and intensive life skills coaching—necessary to transition from school-based accommodations to independent self-advocacy in the workplace or college campus.
